Master bulk ticket management with Lovely Views


The Lovely Views app for Zendesk offers powerful features for efficiently managing large numbers of tickets in bulk, surpassing the limitations of standard Zendesk views.

Increase number of tickets per page

With Lovely Views, you can expand the maximum number of tickets displayed per page in a view to 200—far beyond the 30-ticket limit in standard Zendesk views. This enhancement allows you to manage more tickets at once.

Enhanced bulk action options

Lovely Views offers more flexible options for selecting tickets for bulk actions compared to standard Zendesk views:

  • Select all tickets on a page: Like standard Zendesk views, Lovely Views allows you to select all tickets displayed on the current page. However, Lovely Views complements this with the ability to easily switch between different bulk selection methods, offering greater flexibility in managing your ticket queue.
  • Select all pages: This exclusive Lovely Views feature allows you to select every ticket within the current view across all pages, not just those displayed on the current page. It’s ideal for applying bulk actions to all tickets in the view at once, making it a game-changer for managing large queues.

Additionally, you can manually select tickets from one page, navigate to the next, and continue selecting more tickets across multiple pages.

Note: There is no limit on the number of tickets that you can select when using any of these options.
